The products or services that you have purchased from Enosis Holistic Care Private Limited, web site must be fully paid. No dispatches or hand delivery will take place whatsoever in the event of credit payment, partial payment or non-payment, if any.

Products or services purchased by you will be delivered to your delivery address, anywhere in India, within 3 to 12 working days from our central as well as regional warehouses maintained at strategic locations pan India, either through reputed courier services, speed post or hand delivered. We are committed to deliver your products in good condition, and always on time promised by us as per this policy.

Each order placed by you will be shipped only to a single destination delivery address specified as per the online order or at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you must place multiple orders or bear additional delivery charges in actual, as communicated to you by our company officials or dispatch staff.

We dispatch the products and services on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier services and provide online tracking facility in your virtual back office.

Enosis Holistic Care Private Limited delivers the products and / or services purchased by you, as per its delivery and shipping policy, which is communicated to you officially from time to time through our news / announcement page or official communication or during the official company events. However, Enosis Holistic Care Private Limited, reserves the right to change and modify its ‘delivery and shipping policy’ anytime in future without advance notice and revise appropriate shipping charges as determined by it from time to time, which shall be intimated on the web site and in news section.

We make our best efforts to deliver each individual product and services order within 3 to 12 working days from our end and provide docket number in the virtual Back Office for real time online tracking. However, in some extreme cases, it may take slightly longer, up to 30 working days, to ship the order as there may be unexpected delay from our third-party contract manufacturers and / or service providers. In such an unlikely event that we are unable to ship your orders within 30 working days of the payment towards the order, we shall intimate you on the web site or send you intimation on WhatsApp broadcast or make official telephone calls, informing you about such an unlikely situation. We may request you to either wait further till the products or services are arrived in our warehouse for us to allow delivering the order if you so wish or purchase alternate products from the list of available products. However, in case you decline to do both, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded directly to your bank account, within 7 working days, subject by following SOPs of a product order refund.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and intimate to Enosis Holistic Care Private Limited, Support Team. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement, if eligible, is made to you at the earliest. Enosis Holistic Care Private Limited, customer redressal committee reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement, unless fully satisfied for seeking refund, as per our return and refund policy. Please note all items (including promotional gifts, rank rewards etc.) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. All return expenses have to be borne by the customer.
